When Juan Namnun discovered a lump on his chest in June 2022, he dismissed it.
Namnun, an active father of three from Delran, thought maybe he just pulled a muscle or bumped into something. The 47-year-old thought nothing of it until the next month when his wife, Lena, lovingly placed her hand on his chest to lean in for kiss and, in the process, felt a lump.
“How long have you had it?” she asked.
“I think that’s what really, really got her upset, was when I said ‘Oh, probably almost six weeks,’” recalls Namnun.
