Police are searching for five suspects after a jewelry store in Dufferin Mall was robbed on Saturday night.
Around 7:20pm on Saturday, five masked suspects entered the store and took merchandise, Toronto police said on social media following the incident. Two of the suspects were armed with hammers, according to police
Police said the suspects smashed the store’s display boxes but no injuries were reported.
The suspects left the building and drove away from the mall in a dark-coloured vehicle, police say. The investigation is ongoing.
