Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he spoke with US President Donald Trump for the second time in two days to discuss ways to strengthen Kyiv’s air defences and improve its long-range strike capabilities, Reuters reported.
In a post on X, Zelenskyy said the two leaders also discussed Ukraine’s energy sector and agreed to continue their dialogue.

“We also discussed many details related to the energy sector. President Trump is well informed about everything that is happening. We agreed to continue our dialogue, and our teams are doing their preparations,” Zelenskyy said.
