JAMMU, OCTOBER 12: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha released a book of Punjabi Poetry “Mele Pattanan De” authored by noted writer Padma Shri Dr. Jitendra Udhampuri, at Raj Bhawan, today.
