Disturbance: Chestnut Lane

Two women, 25 and 64, were cited for disorderly conduct after they fought in a laundry room at the Dorchester apartments Sept. 28.

The incident occurred after the older woman removed the younger woman’s clothing from a washer because it was done, and no other machines were available. In retaliation, the younger woman removed the laundry that the older woman had just started washing. It led to an argument and subsequent physical fight.

A caller reported around 4 a.m. Oct. 5 that there was a woman at the Richmond Road intersection claiming that she had just been assaulted.

Responding officers located the woman, who said that the father of her child had punched her in the face.
