The Vancouver Police Department has released images of a suspect in a series of stranger attacks in Yaletown on Friday morning.
VPD spokesperson Sgt. Steve Addison said the department’s highest priority is to identify and apprehend the suspect who stabbed four people, attacked another and verbally abused two more people on Oct. 10 at around 7:30 a.m.
“These assaults were violent and unprovoked, and as long as this suspect remains at large, we fear the community is at risk,” Addison said.
Police were called to the seawall near David Lam Park in Yaletown with reports that a number of people had been stabbed.
