India captain Harmanpreet Kaur said that the team has a lot of issues to sort out, ranging from another batting collapse to the sixth bowler issue after the loss in Vizag to Australia on Sunday, October 12. The Aussies secured a historic win as they set a record run chase by achieving the target of 331 in 49 overs to beat India by 3 wickets .
India looked to be in control with the bat as they posted 330 runs in the first innings, but it could have been much more. India were 294 for five in 43 overs, but they crumbled and were bundled out within the 49th one. Speaking at the post-match presentation, Harmanpreet said that India could have added another 30-40 runs as the pitch was different and they failed to capitalise in the end.
