CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Browns offensive struggles continued Sunday in a 23-9 loss to the Steelers in Pittsburgh.

Cleveland’s Dillon Gabriel passed for 221 yards, completing 29 of 51 passes (no touchdowns).

He was also sacked 6 times.

The Browns averaged just 3.3 yards per play and went 6-for-17 on 3rd down.

The Browns still haven’t won a regular-season game in Pittsburgh since 2003.

Aaron Rodgers went 21-of-30 for 235 yards and 2 TD for Pittsburgh.

Pittsburgh got its first TD in the 3rd when Rodgers hit Connor Heyward to make it 16-3 Steelers.

Rookie RB Quinshon Judkins was held to just 36 yards on 12 carries.

The teams combined for 4 first-half field goals as Pittsburgh took a 9-3 lead to the break.

Tight end David Njoku left in the 4th with a leg injury.
