PITTSBURGH — The Browns’ offense continued one of their most disappointing streaks on Sunday in a 23-9 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers .

It’s now been 11 straight games in which the Cleveland offense has been unable to score more than 17 points. It’s a stretch that dates back to last year’s Dec. 2 game against the Broncos, a 41-32 Browns loss.
