Sunshine is back for the rest of week despite tidal flood issues.

A high rip current risk remains in effect through Monday with waves breaking at five to eight feet. A high surf advisory remains in effect. Minor to moderate flooding remains an issue into the work week with it remaining an issue for those living along the Saint Johns River and minor impacts along the coast and intercoastal. Beach erosion has become visible at multiple coastal counties. Small boats are advised to stay out of the ocean until conditions improve. Winds will persist from the north and east through most of the week before shifting from the south.
