Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Sunday expressed ’empathy’ for the residents of RR Nagar Assembly constituency over their choice of MLA, BJP’s Muniratnam Naidu, claiming the difficult conditions faced by people under his leadership.

Speaking during a public interaction as part of the ‘Bengaluru Nadige’ programme at JP Park in Mattikere, Shivakumar said, “When we look at the attitude and behaviour of MLA Muniratnam Naidu, I understand you are living in hell. I can understand your frustration for electing an MLA like this.”
