Gov. Bill Lee (R-TN) is speaking after an explosion in rural Tennessee destroyed an explosives plant and killed all 16 people on-site. Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis asked for prayers for the families of the victims. The cause of the blast is not yet known. Investigators are combing the incinerated property foot-by-foot searching for possible evidence and providing Governor Lee with an update.
