(WHTM) -- Players, both current and former, took to social media Sunday to weigh in after Penn State fired head football coach James Franklin.
Standout linebacker Tony Rojas, a junior, described the move as "heartbreaking."
"I appreciate you coach for the opportunity and being so good to me and my family," Rojas wrote on X. "Wasn't just a great coach but someone who cared about us players and wanted to develop us as men off the field too."
