KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Detroit Lions are missing several pieces for their Sunday Night Football showdown against the Kanas City Chiefs.
But they will have top safeties Brian Branch and Kerby Joseph for Week 6. Dan Campbell said it would come down to Sunday to make a decision on the pair. And after going through pre-game workouts at Arrowhead Stadium, Branch and Joseph are good to go for Detroit’s banged-up secondary.
The Lions will be without cornerback Terrion Arnold, left tackle Taylor Decker, linebacker Zach Cunningham, defensive back Avonte Maddox, safety Loren Strickland, defensive lineman Mekhi Wingo and running back Sione Vaki. They also placed offensive tackle Giovanni Manu on injured reserve on Saturday, so look for veteran Dan Skipper to start at left tackle .
