LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Metro Police are asking for the public’s help in possibly identifying suspects responsible recent thefts.

LMPD said the four armed individuals have been targeting homes and vehicles in its Third Division.

The suspects are believed to be traveling in a light-colored SUV and LMPD says the crimes occur in the early morning hours.

“These suspects are not just breaking in — they’re stealing vehicles and putting our community at risk,” LMPD said in a statement.

LMPD did not specify the exact locations of the crimes, but their Third Division covers Auburndale, Fairdale, Iroquois, Iroquois Park, Kenwood Hill, PRP, Southland Park, Southside, Yorktown and Valley Station.

They want community to be vigilant and extra cautious while also ensuring valuable items are locked up.
