Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirm one man is dead and two are injured after a head-on crash in Hughes County near Highway 75 near County Road East 1480 Friday night.

Authorities say 45-year-old Christopher Dalinger was driving southbound when he veered past the double yellow line and hit a car heading North. The car then left the road and landed on it's side.

Dalinger was pronounced dead on scene police say.

Two people in the northbound car were injured according to officials, and their current conditions are unknown at this time.
