A man accused of being an accessory to the murder of Bundaberg teenager Pheobe Bishop has missed appearing in court for a second time.
Kieren Daniel Mittelheuser, 30, the third person arrested in relation to the crime , was charged with two counts of accessory after the fact to murder.
But 12 minutes before he was expected to appear in Bundaberg Magistrates Court via video link, the court was told he had experienced a medical issue and was not able to attend.
He was scheduled to make his first appearance on August 25 but was excused when the video link was cancelled by the Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre, where he remains in custody.
Pheobe was due to catch a flight from the Bundaberg Airport to Western Australia on May 15 but never made it to the terminal.
