On Monday at 12:54 a.m. a frost advisory was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 9 a.m. for Upper Hood River Valley.

"Temperatures as low as 33 to 34 degrees will result in frost formation," can be anticipated according to the weather service. "For the Freeze Warning, probabilities for temperatures at or below 32 degrees range between 50-90%. Probabilities for temperatures of 28 degrees or colder range between 5-35%. These probabilities are highest in the Parkdale area and lowest in Odell."
