A father-and-son have been charged with kidnap after a teenage girl was 'forced into a car' in Birmingham.
It followed an incident on Ladypool Road at around 4pm on Saturday, October 11 in which a vehicle was said to have been prevented from driving away by onlookers.
Mohammed Ali, 49, and his son Luqman Ali, 20, were due to appear in court today, Monday, October 13.

West Midlands Police said it was aware of "misinformation" circulating about the incident. In response, it confirmed the suspects and victim were of British Asian heritage.
A police statement said: "We’ve charged two men with kidnap after a teenage girl was forced into a car on Ladypool Road in Birmingham .
