DECATUR, IL. (WAND) - Happy Monday! The work week kicks off with light, scattered showers early this morning. These will struggle to hit the ground and spread farther east than I-55 due to dry air dominating aloft.

Today will be partly sunny for the rest of the region with temperatures warming to the upper 70s. We’ll remain dry and partly cloudy this evening with overnight lows in the upper 50s.

This week will feature more days in the upper 70s and little to no rain. However, a cold front is in sight for this weekend, and it may bring a well-needed widespread rinsing.
