One hundred Solon High School seniors were recently recognized by the College Board through the 2026 National Merit Scholarship and the National Recognition Programs as semifinalists, Commended Scholars and National Recognition Award winners.

According to an Oct. 3 news release, 23 seniors were named National Merit Scholar semifinalists and 29 were named Commended Scholars, which is among the highest in Ohio’s public, private or parochial schools.
