The Delhi High Court Monday said it will further hear Wednesday singer Kumar Sanu’s plea seeking protection of his personality and publicity rights, including his name, voice, vocal style and technique.
The high court, which heard the plea for a while, sought certain clarifications from Sanu’s lawyer and listed the matter for October 15.
Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora noted that the plaintiff’s counsel placed on record a list of offending URLs and sought time to review them.
The counsel for Meta Platforms, which owns Facebook and Instagram, said they will review the URLs and seek time to revert as to which ones they will be removing.
In his plea, Sanu has sought protection of his personality and publicity rights, including his name, voice, vocal style and technique, vocal arrangeme
