WESTFIELD — The Westfield Theatre Group has been hard at work since August practicing for its upcoming run of the “Legend of Sleepy Hollow.” The original play is based on the story by Washington Irving, adapted by Kathleen Palmer, who also directs, with production by Shelley Haber. Choreography is by Anin Derouin and features music by Marion Dunk and new compositions by the show’s musical director Daniel Monte. The play is a revival for WTG, first performed in 2006 and again in 2008.
Performances will be held on Oct. 18, 19, 24 and 25 at 7:30 p.m., with a matinee on Oct. 25 at 2 p.m. at the Westfield Woman’s Club on 28 Court Street.
