Bentworth and Our Lady of the Sacred Heart are the only remaining unbeaten and untied boys soccer teams going into the final days of the regular season.
Bentworth, ranked No. 1 in Class 1A, posted an 8-0 record in Section 2 and is 15-0 overall with two non-section matches remaining — at Yough on Monday and at Serra Catholic on Tuesday. The Bearcats have outscored their opponents 134-5.
Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, ranked No. 2 in Class 1A, posted a 10-0 record in Section 3 and is 14-0 overall going into Tuesday’s regular season finale against visiting South Side. The Chargers have outscored their opponents 84-8.
