Water levels rose throughout much of North Jersey as a nor'easter made its way through the area Oct. 13.
A pair of locations along the Saddle River experienced the highest flood levels in Bergen County as of 10:30 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey . A point in Ridgewood was 19 times above the normal median level, while Lodi was 14.5 times higher than normal.
The Rahway River in Union County also saw unusually high water levels, with points 20 times above normal in Rahway and 13 times higher in Springfield. Two other spots, Second River in Belleville and Ursino Lake in Elizabeth, came in 11 times above normal, according to the USGS.
