This coming Thursday, Oct. 16, is the third Thursday of the month. And you know what that means: your rent is due soon. But more importantly, it also means that the Western Heritage Center is hosting their monthly High Noon Lecture.

On Thursday at 12 p.m. the center is presenting “Left Out in the Cold: Myron Tripp and Rocky Mountain College,” a lecture by Joe Lanning, reference librarian and archivist for the Billings Public Library. The presentation is free and open to the public.
