SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Shreveport-Bossier Black Restaurant Week will kickoff for its fifth year on Sunday, Oct. 19.
Presented by the Shreveport-Bossier African American Chamber of Commerce , the week highlights the creativity, flavor and cultural impact of Black-owned eateries.

“Shreveport-Bossier Black Restaurant Week is designed to support African American-owned restaurants that often face limited access to marketing resources and other systemic disparities. This initiative provides these business owners with greater visibility, economic opportunity, and community engagement,” said SBAACC in a press release.
