CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A Cumberland County mother was charged after being accused of threatening to kill her young child, court documents show.
Julissa Sierra-Rivera, 30, of Shippensburg, was charged Friday with attempted homicide, strangulation, and endangering the welfare of children, according to online court records.

Shippensburg Police said in charging documents that, during an argument over the phone in July with the child's father, Sierra-Rivera allegedly sent a video of her "smothering" the young 4-year-old child and texting "I'll kill ur son right now."
