Bethesda residents losing sleep as Purple Line builders look to extend noise waiver

The company in charge of Purple Line construction in downtown Bethesda is seeking an extension of a noise waiver allowing it to do work in the overnight hours. Some nearby apartment residents tell 7News that work is preventing them from getting a good night’s sleep.
