A Wildwood-based cannabis cultivator is being sued, again, for failing to pay to have its marijuana tested.

In a lawsuit filed in St. Louis County court Monday, Green Precision Analytics, a Kansas City-based cannabis testing lab, claims that 1913 Carrollton Manufacturing, doing business as Pyro, owes the company $12,240.

This suit comes about six months after Green Precision Analytics sued 1913 Carrollton Manufacturing over unpaid bills of $102,425. That case was dismissed in June.

The new suit states that Green Precision Analytics tested marijuana for the Wildwood company, but 1913 Carrollton Manufacturing failed to pay $12,240 for the testing services.

1913 Carrollton Manufacturing’s registered agent did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
