The Richland County Office of Small Business Opportunity will host its seventh annual THRIVE 25 small business conference and forum on Oct. 15, at The Meeting Place Church and Conference Center, 201 Columbia Mall Blvd. in Columbia.

Presented in partnership with the City of Columbia's Office of Business Opportunity, this annual small business procurement trade show and networking event is designed to create direct pathways for local small and minority-owned businesses to connect with buyers, procurement officers, and prime contractors who are actively seeking suppliers.
