BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind — An Indianapolis woman died in a crash in Bartholomew County Sunday night.

Around 10:30 p.m. Oct. 12, troopers from the Indiana State Police-Versailles Post responded to a single-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 65 around the 76-mile marker, near Taylorsville.

Troopers arrived and found a 2025 Nissan Rogue approximately 100 feet off the road.

The Bartholomew County Coroner's Office pronounced the driver – 35-year-old Amanda Seguin, of Indianapolis – dead at the scene, despite life-saving measures by first responders.

Investigators believe Seguin was going northbound on I-65 when, for an unknown reason, she lost control of the vehicle, went off the right side of the road and struck a concrete barrier. The vehicle then went down an embankment and flipped ov
