RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The Nevada Wolf Pack football team will travel to Albuquerque for the first time since 2016 to take on New Mexico.

The game will take place on Oct. 18 at 6:45 p.m. and air on FS1. New Mexico defeated the Wolf Pack in their 2016 matchup 35-26.

This will be the 11th all-time meeting between Nevada and New Mexico, with the Wolf Pack holding the all-time advantage at 6-3-1.

Nevada has won its last three games against the Lobos, with the most recent win coming in 2023 when they defeated New Mexico in Reno 34-24.

The Wolf Pack was scheduled to play New Mexico in 2020, but, due to COVID restrictions, ended up being played in Las Vegas. Nevada defeated New Mexico in that matchup 27-20.
