Danville Police Department now using body cameras

DANVILLE — Danville police officers are using body cameras, a decision that holds the department and the public accountable.

While some borough officers are still being trained on the new technology, the first cameras went out into the field about two weeks ago, according to Police Chief Greg Watson.
