Bethany Gregory, the owner of the business, is now speaking publicly—along with a former employee who worked several events this past summer.
Gregory opened her catering company in 2022, fulfilling a dream she’d had since her early 20s. She said her goal was to offer wedding food that went beyond the traditional, something more elevated than the standard prime rib or chicken dish.
