LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A band of moisture from the gulf is moving west toward south Texas. This will bring cloudier skies during Tuesday. I cannot rule out a few patches of drizzle or light rain, but the best chance of that will be further south toward the Lower Valley. If we have enough in the way of clouds, temperatures may stay under 90F for the first time since July 2nd when we had a lot of clouds and showers. The band of moisture will exit to our west during Wednesday. With sunnier skies, temperatures should be back above 90.
