LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — According to a report, the school bus driver involved in a Las Vegas collision that killed a 12-year-old girl has been found at fault.

Las Vegas Metro Police say the crash happened Oct. 6 before 3:30 p.m. at Bradley Road and West Tropical Parkway. It was later revealed that Haylee Ryan was riding a bicycle when a school bus collided with her. A second vehicle, a Chevy Tahoe, was also involved. Police say the front corner of the school bus struck the left handlebar of the bike, causing the right handle to crash into a Tahoe that was parked in a bike lane.
