Steve Martin and Martin Short not only shared the screen with Diane Keaton in the hit "Father of the Bride" franchise, the three actors were also close pals in real life.

Martin honored Keaton, whose death at age 79 was confirmed Oct. 11 , by sharing a hilarious snippet on Instagram from a Q&A chat that Short and other famous friends conducted with Keaton for Interview magazine in 2021.

"Who’s sexier, me or Steve Martin?” Short asked.

“I mean, you’re both idiots," Keaton playfully responded.

In his caption, Martin wrote of the cute exchange, “Don’t know who first posted this, but it sums up our delightful relationship with Diane.”
