PHOENIX — The westbound lanes of the U.S. 60 Grand Avenue near Surprise were closed on Monday night due to a crash, authorities said.

The Arizona Department of Transportation said the crash occurred at the 163rd Avenue intersection around 7:15 p.m.

Traffic flow in the eastbound lanes wasn’t impacted, according to ADOT.

Drivers are advised to take an alternate route to their destination.

No estimated time was provided for reopening.
