MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Binghampton mom says she has been waiting for 10 months after her son collapsed and died in January.
Back in January, Cornelius Perry Jr. died after a medical incident during a Raleigh-Egypt high school track practice.
His mother, Brittney Sanders, said when she responded to her son's incident, he was stretched out on the floor and given emergency first-aid, but later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
"Every other parent is getting justice, why can't I?" said Brittney Sanders. "No update, no one reached out to me to see how I am doing, you know if I need anything. Or which I don't really need anything, but I do have a lot questions."
