( NewsNation ) — Former federal prosecutor Neama Rehmani believes Mark Sanchez’s defense will be challenging, despite his not guilty plea to a felony battery charge.
The former New York Jets quarterback was released from a hospital Sunday before being booked into the Marion County Jail on a felony battery charge, as well as misdemeanor battery, public intoxication and unauthorized entry charges, for allegedly attacking a 69-year-old truck driver.
