CLEVELAND (WJW) -- The FOX 8 I-Team has uncovered the story behind a deal between the City of Cleveland and the Browns over the team leaving the lakefront to build a dome. And, we're getting reactions indicating that it may not be a done deal.

Monday, in a stunning development, the City of Cleveland agreed to settle lawsuits in exchange for $100 million from the Browns.

Mayor Justin Bibb announced, "I'm proud to announce one of the most significant settlements in the City's history."

Suddenly, the owners of the Browns and the mayor have made peace.

The city and the team just agreed to settle vicious court fights over the Browns building a dome and moving to Brook Park.

The Browns have agreed to give the City $100 million (outlined below). The City has also agreed to drop legal action
