CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Two people were injured in a shooting at the Fountain Square CityBird, police say, leading to sharp reactions from local leaders.
The Cincinnati Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at the CityBird at Fountain Square Monday night.
Police say two people were injured in the shooting and taken to UC Medical Center and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooting happened through the window of CityBird as there was an exchange of fire, according to police.
Three shell casings were found at the scene.
CPD says there are at least two suspects, one of whom was arrested in OTR soon after the shooting.
One victim is a male between the ages of 16 and 17, and the other is an adult male, police say.
