WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. — Parents and community members packed the White Bear Lake Area Schools board meeting Monday night, addressing school leaders for the first time since the district revealed that a 22-year-old man allegedly posed as a high school student and attended White Bear Lake High School.

Kelvin Luebke is accused of fraudulently enrolling as an 18-year-old and attending classes at the school. He faces accusations of sexually assaulting students while enrolled.

The meeting on Monday began with board member Daniel Skaar making a motion to publicly address the district's actions over the past two weeks, including mitigation efforts concerning student safety and the enrollment process. However, his motion failed to receive a vote from any other board member.
