RED LAKE, Minn. (Valley News Live) - A federal trial is set to continue for Jennifer Stately, who is accused of killing two of her children, following the completion of a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation.

Stately filed for an insanity defense on Dec. 5, 2024, prompting prosecutors to request a mental examination in the following days. The results of that psychiatric exam are not available through court records.
