The 5th Annual Phil Oates Celebrity Golf Classic brought together sports legends, entertainers, and community leaders Monday at the Granite Bay Golf Club to raise money for local charities. Hosted by Sacramento Kings co-owner Phil Oates, the event supports organizations like the Bayside Foundation, Destiny Christian Academy, First Tee, Battlefields to Ballfields, and UC Davis Men’s Basketball. Stars including Barry Bonds, Marcus Allen, Cedric the Entertainer, Anthony Anderson, and Dennis Haysbert joined the tournament, which began with a VIP Pairings Party and live auction. The annual event underscores Oates’ ongoing commitment to faith-based philanthropy and community giving across Northern California.
