Virginia ENT relocating Midlothian outpost to new location near Westchester Commons

A regional medical practice is relocating its Chesterfield office farther west.

Virginia Ear Nose and Throat Associates is planning to relocate its office in the Midlothian area of the county to a new-construction office building at 15350 East West Road near Westchester Commons later this year.

With the lease at its current Chesterfield office at 161 Wadsworth Drive coming to an end, Virginia ENT settled on a new site about 9 miles away to better capitalize on population growth in the western part of Chesterfield, said CEO Steve Gooch.

“The timing is driven primarily by the lease running out. In looking at alternatives, it would seem the center of gravity of Chesterfield has moved to the west. Demographics in that area are growing like gangbusters,”
