NEW DELHI: A woman from Manipur was found dead, and her alleged live-in partner was critically injured in South Delhi's Munirka on Sunday in what police suspect to be a case of murder followed by an attempted suicide. The deceased was identified as Thempi Khongsai, a beautician by profession. Her partner, Thangjam Viney Meitei, is undergoing treatment at AIIMS Trauma Centre. Both were originally from Manipur and were living together in a rented flat in Munirka for the past three years. A PCR call about a domestic dispute was received on Sunday.
