COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) -- Good morning! We're off to another crisp Tuesday with widespread temperatures in the 50s at sunrise. Some areas may dip into the upper 40s near daybreak, though not as chilly as yesterday.

Expect a beautiful day with abundant sunshine and barely a cloud in the sky. Highs will climb a bit higher, reaching the mid 80s this afternoon.

Tonight, clear and cool conditions return, with lows dropping to the upper 50s.

Looking ahead, the rest of the week brings more of the same—mid 80s highs, plenty of sun, and dry weather. By Friday, a few clouds may drift in, but it’ll stay mostly sunny.

With no rain in sight until the weekend, drought conditions may worsen. However, a cold front arriving Sunday could bring up to an inch of much-needed rainfall. Stay tuned for updates!
