Police have launched an appeal to help find a missing Glasgow man who vanished last week.

Jonathon Gamble, 30, was last seen in the Crookston Road area of the city at around 3.35pm on Friday, October 10.

He is described as 5ft 8in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair. When he was last seen he was wearing black jeans, and a grey t-shirt. He has tattoos on his neck and a rose tattoo on his hand.

According to police , Jonathon has experience in camping and could be in a wooded area. Concern is growing for his welfare.

Inspector Jamie Lyall said: “It is unusual for Jonathon not to be in contact with anyone for this length of time and we are growing concerned for his welfare.

“Anyone who knows where he is or may have seen him is asked to contact police.
